Bariatric Surgery Weight Gain

I am getting old and have gained much weight, how I can lose it under the bariatric surgery?
Hello Miss Kim. How weight is about eating well and living a healthy lifestyle. Be willing to diet, but not change their eating habits and your life. You have to make time for exercise and healthy foods to find what works for you. The biggest mistake is that most diets. Once they call it a diet most have failed. Being healthy and losing weight is all about self discipline and some sacrifice. And I'm sure you know, but I must say, healthy food need not be bad taste or leave you hungry. That looks like a huge misunderstanding by the majority. Good luck!
