Gastric Banding Books
Do you, or you know someone who has a gastric band? How has it changed you / them?
I have 25 years and next week I'm a size (UK) 18-20 at the time, I thought I'll never lose diet / exercise alone, and have booked an appointment for the procedure. The surgeon says it should be the target weight at 10 months did. I know that I have yet to work on it and it will not be an easy road. What are your experiences with it? I really do not want to see any response saying Oh, just a diet, etc, etc, I think I've been dieting for a few 5 / 6 years and only yo-yo with my weight. Thanks Mwah xxx
Yes, our friend had a good one as he could not keep weight on the diet is. Was a little scared for her, but kept going. Here in the UK. That was a year ago … and see him now! March 6 feet "handsome hunk. He lost more than 9 stones easily and safely. If you research both to put your mind at rest, you'll know what to expect. Many of them do now, I think. I I know he had to see several consultants in the run up to the 'Op'. He certainly will not regret it and it looks and feels great.
