I think if it looked less like a cigarette it would be easier to use it in public places where smoking is prohibited … if I felt comfortable using it in those places I would use it more often and remove the need to leave buildings for a smoke

do cardio excersises to burn off the fat and then do situps and crunches to build your abs =) for starting out do half an hour jog, 20 situps, minute rest, 20 situps, minutes rest, 20 crunches, rest, 20 crunches! and then build up on that everyday! also eat healthy, dont eat too many calories
