Lap-band filling, you can do yourself?
For example I have a friend who is a nurse, and we clean cloth, sterile saline, needles and things, could she do at home? I had an embankment before, easy to less than 5 minutes without pain.
I would not do that, no way. Tell your doctor does it. I'm sure your doctor would have pissed at least if you were to let someone else do it, he may even drop you as a patient, indicating the reason for non-compliance.
