Is surgery an option for weight loss too extreme?
Over the past few years I piled on the pounds and am now considering surgery to get rid of the flab. I'm thinking of an abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) with Liposuction. Moreover, as I will be thinking also knocked otoplasty (ear surgery) just to put em in a bit. So vain, lol. Anyway, I'm in Ireland and that could get surgery performed in Prague, Czech Republic for a reasonable price in a private clinic. They are quoting about € 3,000 for everything. It seems a very good price for me? But it's too extreme? I am almost 6 feet tall and weigh 247 pounds. Wow, when I think about how the pounds have accumulated since turning 30! Unreal. I also have asthma (which was developed some years ago), which could rule out surgery? Thank you. I really do not eat much at all, but I do not exercise. Joined a gym twice, was once a time: (
yes it is too extreme. if you just eat less and do more exersize, you'll lose weight soon. Also, do not get the same sense of satisfaction if you have the surgery.
