B. Aerobics: Strength training should be done in conjunction with aerobic or cardiovascular exercise. Anything that gets you moving, increases heart rate and makes you sweat helps you lose fat. Try jogging, biking, swimming, tennis and other physical activities – what your heart is and you like to do is a good choice.
2. Drink water: Water is important and often overlooked as part of weight loss programs. Water cleans the body of toxins that can decrease metabolism, making it difficult to lose weight and keep healthy and maintain weight loss by drinking plenty of water.
Water prevents dehydration, cleans out toxins, improves the skin and contributes to rapid fat loss, drink at least 6-8 glasses each day.
3. Eat a healthy diet: Without a healthy diet, exercise will only go so far. If you want to lose weight quickly and then stay away from junk food and eat more fruits and raw vegetables as possible. Avoid fried foods, eating raw or steamed when you can. You'll get less fat in your diet and your body gets the nutrients it needs to feed for their training.
